Refund & Return Policy
At House of KymRen, we stand behind the quality of every product. Our return policy is designed to reflect our commitment to a premium experience while being transparent about the nature of our products.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Eligible customers can initiate a return directly from their account — no need to contact us first:
- Log in to your account at account.kymren.com
- Navigate to Orders and select the order you'd like to return
- Select the item(s) and submit your return request
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions and — if applicable — a prepaid return shipping label via email
You can also contact us directly at HouseOfKymRen@kymren.com with any questions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Standard inventory items:
- Orders of $75.00 or more — return shipping is free. A prepaid label will be provided upon approval.
- Orders under $75.00 — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & made-to-order items (print-on-demand products):
- These items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at HouseOfKymRen@kymren.com — we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact us at HouseOfKymRen@kymren.com.
European Union Customers If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
